General Questions:

*What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or change your class up to 10 hours prior to class, without any penalties. If you cancel class within 10 hours of it starting, no show, or show up more than 5 minutes late to class, you will either lose the class you booked, or if you booked using an unlimited option, you will be charged a late-cancellation fee of $15. There are no refunds for late cancellations. To cancel a reservation, go to the Lotus Lagree app , go to the date/time you booked, & press cancel & confirm it.


*Do I lose my spot if I am late?

If you are more than 5 minutes late, yes, you will lose your spot. Doors lock 5 minutes into class for your safety. You'd also miss the core warm-up, which ensures your safety & that you get a balanced workout. This policy also rids distractions for the clients in the class.


*Do my classes/packages expire?

Yes. Single class credits, community classes, and 3 packs have an expiration of 30 days. 5 packs expire in 50 days. 10 packs expire in 100 days. Credits/classes are activated on the purchase date.


*Is there a waitlist?

Yes. You can sign-up for the waitlist in the Lotus app. If class is full, it will say "waitlist" instead of "book" on the Lotus app. Click waitlist to add yourself to the list. If a spot opens up more than 10 hours in advance, you'll automatically be put in that class & you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to take yourself off the waitlist if you don't want to attend the class. You will get a push notification that you were put into that class from the waitlist

**NOTE:By putting yourself on the waitlist, you acknowledge that you'll be ABLE to take the class if you're bumped up into it. If you don't want the spot, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours prior to the class starting. Canceling a class you were waitlisted for, then got into less than 10 hours in advance counts as a late cancellation, & you'll be charged accordingly.

**To check on your waitlist status, sign into the Lotus Lagree app or website, then click your profile, then click schedule, where you can see all your upcoming & previous classes.


*Can I book more than 1 class to have as a backup plan?

Yes you may, BUT please note that if you do not attend one of the classes you got into, your missed class still adheres to our cancellation policy (above).


*What is a COMMUNITY CLASS?

Community classes are instructed by coaches completing their training, practicing coaching. These classes are cheaper in price, due to the coaches being so new!


*How many classes should I take?

Consistency is important... Whether you want to do 1 class per week or 3 a week, the fastest way to get result is by consistently showing up weekly. Some like to pair this with the gym or walks! Every person's journey, recovery time, and fitness levels are different. There are many package/membership options that accommodate to your lifestyle.


*Are your classes random muscle groups or specific muscle groups?

We have muscle specific classes daily, as we'd never leave our journey to the random! We will have a daily muscle focus that aims to help our instructors balance out our workouts, and therefore our bodies. Otherwise, you could be so unlucky to get 4 hamstring days in a row😬 Example-Monday-glutes & chest, Tuesday-hamstrings & back, Wednesday-outer glutes & biceps, etc. We also offer beginner classes, 35 minute express classes, and extreme classes on special occasions.


*Is there an age requirement to take class?

Yes, you must be at least 15. Clients who are 15, 16, or 17 must have a parent/guardian sign their waiver before taking a class with us.


*What if there is inclement weather? It's ND, this WILL happen!🤪

We will notify you prior to your class time if the class is cancelled due to bad weather. If you do not receive a notification, please assume class is still taking place. To get notified, please make sure you have current information (email & phone number)in your Lotus Lagree app account.


*Can I take class if I am pregnant?

Please only take class if you have been cleared by your doctor to take class, as the safety of you & your baby come first. Our policy is that women must wait 6 weeks & have clearance from your doctor. Let your doctor know that is extremely intense on the core & that there is twisting & crunching involved. Be sure to let your coach know you're expecting ASAP, so they can give you the appropriate modifications.


MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS

*Which membership/package is the one for me?

It truly depends on your fitness goals & what kind of routine you build. How do you want to fit Lagree into your routine? If you want to do 1 class a week, choose the 4classes/month membership. If you want to do 2-3 classes a week, go for the 8classes/month or 12classes/month memberships. If you can't get enough & want to see results fast doing 3-5 classes a week, consider the unlimited memberships!


*Do the classes I don't use in my membership roll over the the next month?

Your unlimited, 4, 8, or 12 class/month membership will NOT roll over. They are per month only.


*When do I get billed for my membership?

Memberships renew monthly. You are auto-charged each month on the day you purchased your membership. Not sure when you purchased your membership? Go to the Lotus Lagree app & log in to your account. Then click profile and then click passes, this will show you when you purchased the membership.


*What if I use all my classes in my membership before the end of the monthly billing cycle?

Way to go! You're welcome to buy additional classes with a 15% off discount-ask a coach or email lotuslagreeminot@gmail.com for the promo code. You also may want to consider upping your membership plan the next month. Email us or talk to the manager!


*Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes- reach out to the studio manager or lotuslagreeminot@gmail.com


*How do I cancel my membership?

Please email lotuslagreeminot@gmail.com -we do require a 30-day advanced notice ahead of your next billing date in order to not be charged for that month. To break a contract early, you'll need to pay a fee of however much your membership fee is. For example if you wanted to break out of the $215 unlimited 12 month contract, you'd have to pay a $215 fee to break out of it, and you may not continue going to class using that membership.


*Do you offer discounts?

We offer ACTIVE military, police, teacher, and student discounts of 15% off with proof of identification. We also do couples/partners discounts of 15% off. Email lotuslagreeminot@gmail.com or ask a coach for the promo codes.
