2. What do you wear? Wear comfortable clothes that are not super baggy. That may be yoga pants, joggers, and a tank or t-shirt. No shoes are worn during class. Grip socks are recommended, but not required. They are available for affordable prices in studio.

3. Make sure to review our FAQ & cancellation policies. Don't be afraid to hop on our waitlist, they tend to move quickly. Make sure to remove yourself if you decide you don't want to take class.

4. We are located in the Pursuit/Bootleggrz strip mall. There is a large parking lot to accommodate for us!

5. Water is recommended. We do have a water refill station, as well as caffeinated drinks, protien drinks, juice, etc. for purchase. Glass bottles are not allowed in studio for safety.

6. Come with some EXCITEMENT, as the classes are energetic!

7. Be sure to visit with your coach after class, we love hearing about your first experience. If you have questions, post-class is a perfect time to get them answered. (Or a wonderful time to shop our merchandise.)
